[Aidol Development Team] (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of the [Aidol] application (the “Software” or “App”), is committed to the protection, safety, and welfare of minors. This Policy on Child Safety (the “Policy”) formally establishes our absolute zero-tolerance position regarding all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (“CSAE”) and sets forth the binding rules governing user conduct within the Software.
This Policy applies universally to all users of the Software. Access to or use of the Software is expressly conditioned upon your careful reading, understanding, and acceptance of this Policy in its entirety. By accessing or using the Software, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the terms herein. Should you disagree with any provision of this Policy, you are required to discontinue all access and use of the Software immediately.
The Software is neither designed nor intended for use by individuals classified as Minors. Registration by Minors is strictly and explicitly prohibited. In any instance where a user permits a Minor to access a device capable of running the Software, it shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of that user to implement robust device-level parental controls to prevent such access.

1.DEFINITIONS
1.1. “Child” or “Minor” shall mean any natural person under the age of eighteen (18) years, or under the age of majority as defined by the laws of the user’s applicable jurisdiction, whichever age provides the greater level of protection.
1.2. “Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation” or “CSAE” encompasses all conduct expressly prohibited under Section 2 of this Policy, including, without limitation, any activity related to the creation, possession, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (“CSAM”).
1.3. “Prohibited Content” refers to any material, information, or data submitted, uploaded, stored, transmitted, or otherwise shared by a user through the Software that violates any stipulation of this Policy.

2.PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND CONTENT
2.1. The Software expressly prohibits any conduct involving the creation, upload, publication, transmission, storage, solicitation, or facilitation of any content that constitutes, promotes, or is linked to CSAE. This comprehensive prohibition extends to, but is not limited to, the following categories of “Prohibited Content”:
a. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual or textual depiction that constitutes, advertises, or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of a Minor.
b. Grooming: The process of establishing or attempting to establish an emotional connection with a Child with the intent to lower the child’s inhibitions, for the purpose of enabling online or offline sexual contact or the production of sexual imagery.
c. Sexualization of Minors: Any content that inappropriately portrays a Minor in a sexualized manner or that promotes the sexual exploitation of children.
d. Sextortion: The act of threatening to distribute private, sensitive, or intimate information or imagery of a Minor to coerce, intimidate, or control the Minor or another party.
e. Child Trafficking: Soliciting, advertising, recruiting, or facilitating a Child for any purpose related to commercial sexual exploitation.
f. Inappropriate Interaction: Depictions, descriptions, or solicitations of inappropriate or harmful physical contact directed at a Child.
2.2. The foregoing list is illustrative and non-exhaustive. The prohibition further expressly includes any act of sharing, linking to, hosting, endorsing (e.g., “liking”, “reposting”), or knowingly seeking out Prohibited Content.

3.USER REPORTING OBLIGATIONS
3.1. Users who encounter any content or activity reasonably suspected to constitute Prohibited Content are obligated to report it promptly to our designated Child Safety Contact via the specified email channel. All reports must include, to the extent practicable, a detailed description and the specific location (e.g., URL, username) of the content in question. Users must refrain from engaging with Prohibited Content and shall prioritize immediate reporting.
3.2. In circumstances involving an imminent threat of physical harm to a child, users must immediately contact local law enforcement authorities prior to, or concurrently with, submitting a report to the Company.

4.REMEDIAL MEASURES AND ENFORCEMENT
Upon receipt of a credible report or through our own monitoring initiatives, the Company will promptly initiate a thorough investigation. We employ a multi-layered moderation framework integrating automated detection systems, dedicated human review, and user reporting to identify violations. Where a violation is confirmed, particularly involving CSAM, the Company will take appropriate remedial action, which may include, without limitation:
(i) The permanent removal and eradication of the Prohibited Content from our systems;
(ii) The issuance of a formal warning to the responsible account(s);
(iii) The temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account(s) responsible for posting, sharing, or soliciting such content;
(iv) The reporting of the incident, along with all relevant data, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (“NCMEC”) and/or competent law enforcement agencies globally, as required by law and our internal protocols.
