2.Information We Process and Purposes of Processing Your Information
2.1 Information that is processed automatically
Technical Information. When you browse the Services or accessing content delivered by the Software, we may collect certain technical information regarding your device, including the type, name and version of operating system: (i) Your configuration and settings of the Software and Services, version of the Software and Services; (ii)IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity); (iii) IDFA (Identifier For Advertising); (iv) Apple ID; (v) Open UDID (Unique Device Identifier); (vi) IMSI ( International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number). (vii) Status of WLAN and Network.
2.2 Information you provided to us or permissions we apply for use
1)Permission to Access to the Camera and Photo Album.
When you use certain features requiring imags uploaded to the Software, such as generating an avatar for an AI character, authorization to access your device’s camera or photo library is necessary. Only after you grant the relevant permission will we be able to access your device’s camera or photo album.
2)Notification Permission.
To ensure that you receive important messages, notifications, and reminders from us, we seek to enable the necessary message notification permissions on your device. By granting these permissions, you allow us to keep you informed and up-to-date with relevant updates and alerts, enhancing your interaction with our services.
3)Registration Information
For getting more chances to interact with other users or AI character, you may voluntarily to create an account. When you register the account(“Account”) and provide us with the following personal details(“Registration Information”), such as your username, gender identity, age, preference, personal introduction and profile pictures. We will collect such Registration Information to assist you with completing registration and to protect your Account.
4)Face Data.
Collection and processing of your face data.
When you upload a image to set the avatar for your AI character or conduct real-person authentication, we will detect whether a face is present in the photo by using CIDetector in Apple’s CoreImage framework. If not, the Software will prompt you to re-upload.
When you use certain features to process your facial photos, we or third-party AI providers (when the feature is powered by such providers) may analyze the face data, including the position and shape of the five sense organs, gender in the photos. This face data is captured solely to process photos uploaded by you and generate special-effect images for you.
If you cease to consent or affirmatively revoke consent for our collection and processing of your face data, we will promptly cease all such collection and processing.
Storage and sharing of your face data.
When certain features are powered by third-party AI providers, we may share facial photos uploaded by you to such providers solely for processing the facial photos as per your instructions and generate special-effect photos for you.
5)Collection and Use of User-Uploaded Content and Images. When you interact with various AI characters to submit content or upload images, we collect the data you provide. This is essential for our service to function effectively. Your uploaded content and images are stored on our servers for the same purpose. You retain the ability to delete this information at any time, and we assure you that your data will not be modified, sorted, or utilized beyond the intended function without your consent. Please be aware that the information you upload may contain personal or sensitive personal information. IF YOU CHOOSE TO UPLOAD CONTENT THAT INCLUDES PERSONAL INFORMATION, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE OBTAINED THE NECESSARY PERMISSIONS AND CONSENTS FROM THE INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED.
6)Submission of Custom AI Character. When you decide to create a custom AI character or edit an already created AI character on the Software, we require certain information to facilitate this process. This includes the AI character’s name, description, personality, prompt words, greetings and other content you submit to the Software.
7)User Interaction Data Collection. While using the Services, you have the opportunity to like various AI characters. Please be aware that these likes are designed to be publicly accessible, visible to the entire user community. By giving a like, you are implicitly consenting to allow other users to view your like within the Software.
2.3 Information we obtain from third parties
Information of the third-party account. You may choose to sign up or log in to the App through the third-party account, such as Apple, Google, and if you do, you authorize us to collect your authentication information, such as your username, avatar, encrypted access credentials, and other information available through the third party application account.

3.Use of your information
The main reason we use your information is to deliver and improve the Service. Read on for a more detailed explanation of the various reasons we use your information:

5.The third-party AI API we use
As previously indicated, our service integrates the following third-party APIs to enhance our Services:
To ensure the normal operation of the aforementioned features, including AI character creation, generation of chat replies, operational security and content moderation, we will share the following necessary information with this API: the text, images and other content you submit for creating or editing AI characters, AI character’s personality, the text and image content from your interactive chats with AI characters, as well as your provided details, such as your nickname, age and gender.
If you refuse to share the above information or refuse the Software to use the aforementioned APIs, you can change the corresponding Settings at any time in the “Settings” - “About us”, or contact us via the email displayed below. Please be advised that if you choose not to permit the sharing of the aforementioned information or disallow the use of these APIs, core functionalities dependent on this processing, including AI character creation and interactive chat features, will be unavailable to you.
Our use of these APIs is in line with our commitment to providing a superior user experience while maintaining the privacy and data security. We value your trust and ensure that any data collected through these APIs is handled responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.Changes to this Privacy Policy
